The Network/La Red works to end partner abuse in LGBTQ communities, and also work with the BD/SM and polyamorous communities. The Network offers support services such as hotline, support group, emergency shelter, as well as education and technical assistance to organizations and community groups. All services are bilingual in English and Spanish. The Network/La Red is a national leader on the issue of LGBTQ domestic violence and is recognized statewide and around the country for best practices in supporting survivors.

Then we want your help with a research study that will evaluate ways of reducing HIV infections in Black men who have sex with men. Project participants will receive HIV and STI counseling and testing, referrals to care, and peer health navigation. Participants are compensated up to $240.

Our membership includes parents, families, friends, gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons (GLBT) who are committed to our mission: Support, Education, and Advocacy.
Support is accomplished through monthly meetings where parents, families, friends and GLBT people meet to talk about issues that impact their relationships. We offer a toll-free help line and one to one parent support.
Education is provided through our award-winning Safe Schools & Communities Program. We offer diversity training to faculty and students in middle and high schools, colleges, religious, community and corporate groups. We maintain an active speakers’ bureau and conduct over 200 educational programs per year to ensure the safety and respect of students who are targets of discrimination and/or harassment.
Advocacy is part of our everyday interaction with others. Our members are active in the halls and offices of our state and federal government, advocating for equal civil rights, equal marriage, and transgender workplace discrimination.

The ONA Task Force assists United Church of Christ congregations that seek to welcome and affirm people who are transgender, lesbian, gay, bisexual, same gender loving or questioning.
