Transcending Boundaries has negotiated a limited block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn for the reduced group rate of $109/night. The Hilton Garden Inn is our official hotel, and all Transcending Boundaries programming on Friday, Nov. 20th and Sunday, Nov. 22nd, will take place there. (Saturday programming will be across the street in the DCU Center).

The Hampton Inn is located about one block from the Hilton Garden Inn and DCU Center. We do not have rooms blocked off there, but overflow rooms are currently available, if necessary. Please check their website for rates.

The map above shows the location of the Hilton Garden Inn(A), DCU Center(B), and Hampton Inn(C, overflow hotel). If you are driving it is strongly recommended you park in the parking garage opposite the Hilton Garden (entrances on Thomas St & Central St), as it is the only one we know the Hotel & DCU will validate for.

Please Note: All TBC events at the DCU Center will be accessible only through doors One & Two, which are on Major Taylor Blvd near Central St.

Greyhound & Peter Pan Bus offer multiple daily buses to Worcester from most New England locations. These companies operate interchangeably and both websites will provide the same schedules & fares.

Directions from bus terminal (Union Station) to TBC

It is a 10 minute (1/2 mile) walk from the station to the DCU or Hilton Garden hotel. Click here for directions. The correct doors to enter the DCU are noted by the small white circle on the route.

MBTA Commuter Rail

The MBTA Commuter Rail has several trains from Boston to Worcester each day, The trip takes about 1.5 hours from South Station. Click here for the Commuter Line Schedule.

Amtrak

There is limited Amtrak Service to Worcester from both Boston & NYC. We suggest you visit the Amtrak Website to check availability and schedules.

The closest airports to Worcester are Logan Airport in Boston (BOS) or T.F. Green Airport in Providence (PVD). Driving from either of these airports to Worcester takes about an hour. (The Worcester Regional Airport only serves Central Massachusetts.)
