We have some sad news for you. It has become clear to us that we will be unable to hold a conference this year. Due to a scheduling mix-up with the venue, we will not be able to have the conference on the scheduled weekend of November 11th to 13th of 2016. In addition to this, some other challenges have made it clear that the planning of the conference needs additional time to work.

This incarnation of Transcending Boundaries Conference has been around since 2009. Often when communities and organizations are six or seven years old, they find that in order to keep aligned with mission and values, grow capacity, and sustain its vibrancy, a period of new visioning and structuring is necessary.

After months of implementing partial changes while we also worked on creating a conference for this year, we have decided that it would be far more productive for us to postpone the conference. We understand that this is likely to be intensely disappointing for you, and we deeply apologize for that. However, we hope that you will stick with us as we do this work so that we can give the Conference great new energy and keep doing great things. We are committed to bringing you a conference in 2017, and we'll update you when we have a better idea of when that will be.
